Tania Christina Scavone is extremely passionate about Health and Wellness. In addition to being an Ontario Certified Teacher, she is also a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP) and Certified Yoga Teacher.
Tania ventured on her own health journey after being diagnosed with a debilitating autoimmune disease. Shortly after getting sick, Tania began practicing yoga as a way to cope with her anxiety and depression that came along with the new diagnosis. Yoga is one of the many things that helped her get through the darker days.
She made the decision to take back control of her life and live a healthier happier life and dramatically changed her diet. It took time, but eventually she transitioned from a diet high in unhealthy fats, carbohydrates, processed food and meat, to a diet rich in nutrients with a focus on plants. Yoga and nutrition are Tania's two passions. She wants to share her knowledge of health and wellness with the world in hopes to reduce rate of disease.
Through nutrition and lifestyle changes such as yoga and meditation, Tania supports clients on their individualized journey to improved health. She truly believes that her purpose here is to help others realize how amazing their bodies are naturally designed to feel.
